Directions:
From Interstate 5 exit at Birmingham Drive and head west. After enjoying the beautiful ocean view while you head downhill one-half mile turn left into the parking lot at Cardiff Town Center just before the stop light at San Elijo Avenue. Walk between Sambazon and Rimel's restaurants and go up the stairs at the back of the courtyard and when you get to the top look for 2045 on the door to your left. Also, there is an elevator in front of East Coast Pizza. Are you getting the idea that you should schedule your appointment around lunchtime???

In October 2005 I transitioned from an academic medical practice with the UC San Diego Medical Group, where I was a faculty clinician for previous 15 years, to a solo private practice in Family Medicine in the beautiful north coastal San Diego County town of Encinitas, which I have called home since 1988.
